“Food is, and always has been, the glue that holds families together.”
Just Not Kosher is a collection of family recipes from the kitchen of Steven Morris, with photographs by his son Rick Pushinsky.
A limited edition of 500, the set contains 22 cards (21 recipes and an introductory essay by Steven), housed in an embossed slipcase. The recipes are printed on 400gsm laminated card (ensuring they can survive the most chaotic kitchen environment free from stains or creases), and are grouped into seven three-course sets, which you can follow for a coherent, kosher-friendly meal or throw caution to the wind and mix and match as your imagination (or hunger) directs you.
Every set includes a password, which gets you online access to the recipes – plus a bonus selection of Steven’s side dishes, and more recipes to come.
If you don’t want the cards, but do want the food, simply make a contribution of whatever you want and you’ll get full access to Steven’s online recipe library – and you’ll be helping us put together a new recipe card collection for 2018, too.
